What Causes Pain On Skin?

Question: I have pain all over under my skin, not deep. I have memory loss. I do not have headaches. I need sleep aids to sleep. Is this possibly fibromyalgia?

I have noted your symptoms, and agree with you that it could be fibromyalgia.

The commonest cause of generalised aches and pains is fibromyalgia. Pain gets worse of pressure over these points.

In addition, we need to exclude other causes of widespread pain, such as vitamin B12 and D deficiency, disc disease of neck and back, peripheral neuropathy, etc.
