Brief Answer:
Where exactly on your body is this pain?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about your pains and symptoms. Could you tell me more about it like the location? Intensity and for how long this has been going on?

From the preliminary information, if the pain is not severe, I will recommend that you try some pain medications like Tylenol and drink to your thirst. If this fails to resolve the symptoms, only then would I want to become aggressive at investigating. For now, the symptoms are not conclusive on a particular disease condition.

Let me hear from you on what your take is and also on responses for the above questions. Would provide more personalized information and helpful recommendations once I get these responses.

Brief Answer:
Please, get medical consultation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and so sorry to hear about this pain which is fairly severe.

In this case, I will recommend that you get this pain examined in a hospital. Pain and vomiting would not be managed at home with no clear reasons as to why. This could be related to a kidney problem especially with the vomiting.

Keep me updated about this.

Could this be a reoccurrence of an earlier gall bladder attach? @ 2 years ago

Could this be related to a gall bladder attack about 2 years ago?

Answered by Dr. Chobufo Ditah (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
It could be related to gall baldder and others

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for following up with me.

There are several structures around this area that may be responsible for this pain. They include the liver, gall bladder, kidney and ureters, intestines, muscles and bones. To pinpoint the exact cause of this pain, you would need to have a full examination. Because you had a gall bladder attack in the past, this makes it more likely but this is not the only possible cause. reason why we would need more information to conclude and correctly identify the cause.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
