What Causes Pain In The Left Lower Part Of Arm?
Possibly inflammation of tendons.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
You may have inflammation of your tendons at the elbow. This will cause pain around the elbow and lower arm and may be made worse by movement.
I suggest you try resting your arm. Simple pain killers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen. A cold compress applied 3 times per day may help. A compression support may help. These will be available from a pharmacy or sports shop.
There is a possibility that your daily activities may have caused a repetitive strain. If you think this is the case then a review of these activities would be appropriate.
If your symptoms do not improve over the next week. I suggest you see your doctor as you may need investigation with scans.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
