What Causes Pain In The Forehead Of A Chils

Question: My 11 years old daughter has been complaining of forehead pain for the last 15 days,she had complaint of the same last year aswell,these days she has been practising dance,she also has a habit of keeping her mouth open though i think she has no breathing problem,she sleeps also with her mouth open.She doesnot require any medication for the forehead pain she has and tolerates it and in a while it goes away.But iam concerned ,please suggest.

It is necessary that your daughter to get examined by an ENT Doctor first and most likely by imaging studies of the sinuses, in order to confirm or exclude this possibility.

In my opinion, if sinusitis will be excluded as diagnosis after this examination, primary headaches should be taken in consideration.
