Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain the testicles could be due to local causes within scrotum or could be referred pain from a source higher up such as due to a kidney stone moving downwards. In your case, with the history of passing dark red urine, there is a possibility that you could be passing a stone. I suggest you improve your fluid intake, till yourvurine becomes clearer. You should have some basic evaluation done, such as an ultrasound scan of scrotum, to ensure we do not miss local causes, and an ultrasound scan of kidneys and bladder, and a urine analysis, and an X-ray KUB. Further treatment could be planned on the results of these tests. You could have relief of pain with use of Paracetamol 500-650mg as and when required.
Hope you get well soon.
