Brief Answer:
Repeat test needed after a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is right now too early to get a positive test for pregnancy. Since your last periods were on 13th October you should wait till 17th November and then test your urine for pregnancy. A level of 2 right now is inconclusive. Levels higher than 10 are suggestive of pregnancy.
Right now if you are feeling nausea then you can try having small frequent meals and start taking folic acid supplements. Taking ginger ale or peppermint juice- few drops after meals will also help.
Take rest , increase your fluid intake and avoid any heavy work. In case the nausea is persistent then do consult a gynecologist and get doxylamine prescribed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The symptoms that you have can be due to pregnancy but we need a positive test to confirm this. Putting on weight causes hormonal disturbances leading to a delay in periods. Mild pain in pelvis can be due to an impending period or due to pregnancy.
You will have to wait for a week to know this.
Hope my answer is helpful.
