Suggest Remedy For Vomiting During Pregnancy

Hello DOctor, My wife is 11 week pregnent she is having high vometing problem and is taking doxylamine succinate tab twice which some time is effective & she has lot of dry coughing can u adivce some remidied which has no side effect to clear cough and lessen vometing as this leats to lot of stress and she is anemic

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the vomitings in pregnancy are common in the first trimester.They will subside by 12-20 wks.Ondensetran tablets might be effective for vomitings but use them under your doctor supervision.Benadryl syrup might be effective for cough.But the examination might be necessary to rule out any infective cough.Dont worry.
