What Causes Pain In Soft Palate?
Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
Warm greetings.
I would like to know the reason why there is a pain in my soft palate. The pain is somewhat different to that pain during the cold conditions.
When I put my head looking to the ground and swallow the salaiva there is pain in the soft pallate where as looking up and swallowing i am not feeling pain.
What might be the reason? Is it the same issue or symptom before cold?or due to heat in the body or something going to be worst condition?Please suggest

Since when are you having pain?
Do you notice any redness or pain in throat or over the tonsils?
Do you have cough?Do you notice any mouth ulcers or bumps over soft palate?
Do you feel pain over the cheeks?
Do you have gastric related problem like acidity?
Do you have any dental problem?
Yes , before cold or during cold you can get this pain.Some time drinking hot beverages or hot fluids can cause pain.

I would suggest you to apply Zytee gel over the rash 5-6 times a day.
I also suggest you Multivitamin tablets and vitamin c tablets once in a day.
Avoid cold and hot fluids as well.
You can use mouth wash or do XXXXXXX warm salt water gargles.
If no improvements are observed within 3 days then I would suggest you visit an ENT specialist for clinical examination to rule out any infection.
