Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve can cause your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

There are two the most possible causes of your symptoms:

1.Cervical spondylosis where nerve can be pinched/compressed by cervical vertebrae. You may also feel stiffness of the neck and headaches.

2. Carpal tunnel syndrome which occurs when nerve in your wrist is pressed. You may feel pain, weakness, or numbness. This pain sometimes can spread up to the shoulder. It occurs more likely in women.

I suggest you to make:
- X-ray of the neck which can show changes in your cervical spine.
- physical examination of the hands to rule out or confirm carpal tunnel syndrome.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
