Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

There are various causes of right pelvic pain which includes right ectopic pregnancy, right ovarian cyst, degenerated fibroid, pelvic inflammatory disease, irritable bowel syndrome, appendicitis or skeletal pain.

Get an ultrasound done to detect ectopic pregnancy along with a pregnancy test. There was no cyst, so it cannot be from ovary. Fibroid can also be detected by scan. Skeletal deformity can be detected by x ray.

Do you have fever or vomiting associated with it? Then it can be appendicitis. If you have diarrhoea associated with it , it can be inflammatory bowel syndrom. If you have pain during intercourse and vaginal discharge, it can be pelvic inflammatory disease.

Once the exact cause is known, it can be treated accordingly along with pain killers.

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
