Question: I have doll pain inlower left side abdomen under lower ribs ,when I dont eat or smoke no pain at all

If the pain is just under the left ribs and is associated with foods intake, peptic ulcer is most probable reason. You may have nausea and chest burning with this issue.
If the pain is in lower abdomen (below the belly button), diverticulitis can be the reason. This condition is caused by chronic constipation. So if you have constipation, this should be considered.
Other possible reasons of lower left abdominal pain are urinary tract infection, ovarian cyst, inguinal hernia.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work and urine analysis should be done at first. If peptic ulcer sounds possible, gastroscopy should be next.
