What Causes Pain In Glans Penis During Erection?

Question: Whenever I Have an erection in my penis, and then when I touch the glans penis, it is painful to touch the glans. If I have sexual intercourse in this situation, I fear that my glans penis would cause me pain & hence no pleasure. However without touching the glans of my penis I get a normal amount of erection as well as pleasure. But problem will come when I have sexual intercourse, I fear. I am on psychiatric medication which causes dryness on the glans area. Since I am a virgin, kindly help me so that I can have normal sexual intercourse with the woman and no pain on the glans area of my penis.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in glans penis when your penis is erected.

This is mostly due to dry Glans and congestion of Glans that happens on erection.

Do not worry this is not going to affect your sexual satisfaction while having intercourse with female partner .

Normally during intercourse there is adequate lubrication of genitals due to vaginal secretions of a woman ,however using extra lubricant like Xylocaine Jelly helps to have painless enjoyable intercourse.
