Brief Answer:
Go to ER / Get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - IMMEDIATELY
Your symptoms are not typical of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, it is better to have it investigated. Examination, EKG, Blood tests (Cardiac markers) and observation – things will be clarified in a few hours….
Any pain at this age should be investigated as HEART PAIN – UNLESS PROVED OTHERWISE – Typical pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on…but is notoriously variable Radiation to right side does not exclude…
In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.

Good luck
God bless you
