Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the question.

There are many different possible contributing factors to the symptoms that you describe. Pain in the center of the chest may be related to acid reflux or gastritis. This can sometimes respond to over-the-counter remedies such as Prilosec.

However, we want to make sure there is nothing else contributing to the chest discomfort including your heart. For this reason I think it is important for you to visit with your primary care physician for a focused consultation and physical examination.

Regarding your left foot this is something that definitely needs to be evaluated. If you feel the foot is cold her in temperature than the opposite foot your doctor needs to evaluate you for possible vascular problem.

Thank you again for sending her question. I think your collection of symptoms deserves an evaluation. Please contact your primary care physician as soon as possible to schedule.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
