Brief Answer:
Procto-colitis / malignancy to be ruled out - Investigations SOS.

Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

The probable causes of all the symptoms of butt pain - feels skeletal - incomplete feeling of defecation, rectal bleeding, itching - uncomfortable - discharge) you have enumerated may be::
Proctitis- Inflammation of the rectum
Colitis-
Malignancy.

I would advise you the following:
First of all a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic; Ibuprofen for pain.
See the response and these medicines should help you to get some relief at least.
This may resolved the problem if this is just an infection of the colon and / or rectum.
If the problem is not solved you need further investigation under the care of a Gastroenterologist::
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Colonoscopy
CT scan of the whole abdomen.

A proper diagnosis alone can lead to a successful treatment.

Till then you can have Sits bath in a tub with warm water 2 to 4 times a day.

Just to know for getting more relevant points:
Since when are you suffering from this problem ?
Any treatment or investigations you have undergone ?If yes, its response ?
Any consultation with Gastro ? If yes, his opinion and effects of the treatment you have undergone till now?

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel fee to give feedback- ask for more if you need to or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
