Brief Answer:
These are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand the changes you are experiencing after C section.

1. The pain is going to be there for some more time. The wound healing takes time. Pain will not be as severe as first 3 days. But it will be There for another one week. After that pain will become dull aching and remain for another15 days as healing of wound will take place.

2. After C section you might have taken rest for few days which will make muscle relaxed and lose tone. The pain is due to this loss of tone. It reduces as your activity like walking increases.

3. What you are experiencing are normal phenomenon and nothing to worry about it.

Dr. Soumya
