Brief Answer:
need further investigations as well as clinical evaluation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now at this point considering this is bothering you for past 2 years, I'd like to ask you - have you undergone any physical check-ups/investigations for this yet ?

What kind of job do you do ? Does it involve lot of time in-front of computer ?

I'd advice you to schedule an appointment with an Orthopedician without any further delay for a complete physical check-up as well as relevant investigations(i.e.CBC, Serum Calcium, Vit-D3 level, Uric acid, FBS, PPBS, X-ray of the L-S spine and some others) which will help to diagnose the exact cause..

In the meanwhile if the pain is too bothersome, then you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg three times a day after food for next 3-4 days, it'll provide some relief..

Avoid sitting down for prolong duration and try to take a brisk walk in between..

Let me know if you're having any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
