Brief Answer:
Anal swelling,pain & itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you had taken antibiotics [amoxicillin]so you may take a full course of probiotics like [lactobacillus]to normalize bacterial flora and if you have any side effects due to antibiotics then it will be resolved within 2-3 days. Regarding anal pain you had visited your doctor and your doctor after a clinical examination he has prescribed lignocaine ointment and it is used to control pain while defecation and it is prescribed for anal fissure. You can eat high fiber diet, do regular exercise, drink plenty of fluids, use sitz bath every 3 hours and take an oral laxative at bed time to heal anal fissure. So if you have no bleeding then we can not say it as hemorrhoids.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up reply

“As” per your image it looks like anal fissure and for it you can use a prescription ointment like Nitrogylcerin-0.4% or you can use over-the-counter L-arginine gel in anal area. Do take [sitz] bath every 3 hours. Take fiber supplements or stool softener at bed time to prevent constipation. Do regular exercise for 30 mins.

Hope that helps
