Question: This is very embarrassing. I am a 27 year old female. I tried anal sex for the first time last Thursday night. I have been in a loy of pain since. Constant anal pain, bleeding when I try to have a bm, and little to no real bm since. Should I go to the ER?

Brief Answer:
Rectal fissure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

You do not have to visit ER. Most likely you have a rectal fissure XXXXXXX to anal intercourse. It is nothing more than a kind of rupture or wound. It should heal by its own. Just give it sone time.
To improve healing you should try suppositories with hyaluronic acid, sitz baths with Oak Bark. Nitrendypine gel to relax this area muscles cam be also considered. And try some stool softeners.
The fissure should go away within a week or so.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

I feel like my anus is swollen shut. I took a laxative but trying to have a bm is excruciating. Nothing seems to cone out no matter how hard I push.

Brief Answer:
Try Lidocaine gel.

Detailed Answer:
Do not push or force the stool. It should come out naturally. For the pain Lidocaine gel should help.
