What Causes Pain And Shrinkage In Genitals Post An Abdominal Liposuction Surgery?

Question: I have a problem with my male genital part. I had liposuction surgery of my abdomen 2 years back since then my genital is shrinking and i feel a lot of pain sometimes in it. Length & breadth has decreased to at most 2 inch from 6 inches in the past . I did have thyroid and hypertension problem in the past but its normal now. So my question is , is there any way i can get relive from this pain and can i get back my penile length back to normal. please advise .

From the information provided , I learn the following
1- You had a broken relationship and very depressed for some time
2- You must be obese to have needed liposuction
3- You are hypertensive and thyroid problems under control
I suspect you may be having Diabetes to result in painful erection and penile shortening . Your anxiety may be contributing to the shortening
Before I reach to a conclusion , Please get a Fasting Blood Sugar and Morning testosterone level Please upload the reports for further opinion

Hi,

I don't feel pain in my genital part . Never. My genital has shrink and it has become micro penis . My sex life is going good . Since my penis has become small from long that's why i face stretch sometimes in lower part of the penis.

I have to grown it back well . Is there any way to increase penis size. And was my reports were normal.

Your reports are normal
If your sex life is good, you are not going to make it better by any change in size. There are no definite methods to increase penis size .One can try surgery but suitability needs to be assessed . Some people are helped to some extent by surgery but I need to examine personally . Personally, I don't advice for such procedures. regards
