Question: I have pain and bloating in my abdomen area which I would associate with gastro. Also feel overall unwell. Urge to empty bowels but only white fluid comes out. Feel like I want to be sick but not vomiting. Also have a tremor in my left arm.

Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management, IBS management meanwhile

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in abdomen with bloating, urges to defecate and incomplete bowel movements, feeling of vomit ( nausea) and whitish mucous substance coming out in stools should be evaluated for inflammatory bowel diseases. A stool routine exam, x ray defecography, colonoscopy, upper GI studies , esophageal manometry etc are some of the GI work up you need to have to rule out inflammatory bowel diseases . If clear then suspicion of irritable bowel syndrome would be most likely which will need supportive care with diet and lifestyle adjustments and symptomatic treatment as age related IBS can be commonest cause of such GI discomforts.

Meanwhile, modify diet and lifestyle, small frequent meals, Avoid dairy products, spices, processed & canned foods, caffein, tea, Smoking, beverages, alcohol, cola, soda etc. Use more fiber and fluids, take adequate fluids and exercise regularly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
