Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done and avoid spicy food

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Upper abdominal pain in pregnancy can be due to gaseous distension or due to liver disorders, gall bladder stones or cholecystitis.
I suggest her to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including upper abdominal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
If there is no other pathology detected, and pain is due to gaseous distension, then it do not cause any harm to the pregnancy.
Vomiting sensation is common in early pregnancy, she can take doxinate tablet to get it relieved.
She should avoid taking oily and spicy food, avoid tea and take small meals at a time. She should also take a high protein diet including milk and milk products.

After using these drugs she got some relief. Today morning she had light weight brakefast. But again she is getting mild pain in the abdominal. Is it realted to gastric problem? Is it quite normal in pregnancy? Please guide us.

Brief Answer:
Please get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, epigastric pain due to gastric reflux is normal in pregnancy. It is usually dull aching, but if it is very severe, then she should get a abdominal ultrasound to rule out any other abdominal pathology.
