Brief Answer:
Appears like neuropathy.Neurological examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

The symptoms which you are mentioning appears to be neuropathy related. Numbness and imbalance (probably gait ataxia) is likely due to large fiber neuropathy.

I would suggest you to visit a neurologist in person because physical examination is mandatory in your case to proceed further.Nerve conduction studies may be required.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
