Brief Answer:
Night sweats

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

It is not easy to establish a diagnosis of cancer with one symtom.Night sweats are a common side effect of many medications, such as:
1-Depression medications (antidepressants)
2-Drugs used to regulate your hormones (hormone therapy)
3-Drugs that lower the level of sugar in your blood (hypoglycemic agents)

Schedule a doctor's visit if night sweats:

1-Occur on a regular basis
2-Interrupt your sleep
3-Are accompanied by a fever or other symptoms, such as unexplained weight loss
Because the tests do not show any disorder is better to see progress of your sweats

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
