Brief Answer:
Please give details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/65 - Visited a regular MD but she did not interested - but you are - you have confusion and muscle weakness - causing you to far (? Fall) - broke toilet - 2nd time dislocated knee for almost a week - now there is just a sore - bruised leg, back and chest - hurts only on breathing - wants advise.

May I please know a few details or clearance of thoughts:
- What do you mean by confusion? Is it giddiness or unable to assemble for a short period of time of what sort of the feeling you have- please give details for me to
correlate properly.
- Is this still continued?
- Any X-rays or other investigations done?
- What are the medicines are you taking?

- As per your history there is pain only on breathing. This means there is still some contusion or even more than that and all the problems should be evaluated well clinically, by investigations and if required by Specialist's opinions.
I would advise you to have all these things done for the confusion, falling, and present problems.

Please give me feedback so that we can discuss further.
