What Causes Muscle Pain In Upper Arms?
Question: both upper arms, especially at night terrible muscle pain-take acetaminophens at least once per day. have been diagnosed with a growth on parathyroid. also have extreme pain in back of thighs if I try to bend over or get out of bed.

how dangerous is the surgery to remove the growth from the Parathyroid gland. a doctor told me it is very dangerous but in researching on the internet, it did not make danger a big issue.I decided I need the surgery but am concerned about the danger of damage to the vocal cords and bleeding. The risks from this particular surgery include injuries to the thyroid gland and vocal cords. In rare cases, you may have breathing problems. These usually go away several weeks or months after the surgery.
Also , Blood calcium levels normally drop after this surgery. This is called hypocalcemia. You might experience numbness or tingling in the fingertips, toes, or lips. This is easily treated with calcium supplements, and this condition quickly responds to supplements. It’s usually not permanent.
