default
Posted on Wed, 30 Aug 2017
Question: I have by mistake applied muscle pain killer cream generally used for muscle pain which is nano-technology based on my foreskin (prepuce/scrotum). It has started burning sensation and now the foreskin became red and it is paining. The slightly yellow color cream is generating in prepuce like pus but not exactly pus. What should i do? Should i apply Prividine iodine oinment USP OR "clobetasol propionate+neomycin sulphae, micnozole nitrate, zinc oxide,Borax based cream" OR "clotrimazole+beclomethasone cream" OR something else. Please guide.

Brief Answer:
Applying ice is the best thing to do

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The muscle pain killers are actually irritants and they have irritated the sensitive prepucial skin. You need not worry. Apply ice on the affected area. Applying povidone iodine, miconazole, borax, clotrimazole+beclomethasone will not help. However, you can apply clobetasol+neosporin ointment for the next 2-3 days (not more).

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
