Are the lumps similar as on the jaw and underarm as are seen in the picture that you have provided. You may please post additional pictures.

This looks to be an infection of skin like furunculosis or can be due to scabies if the itching is too much at night.
I would advise you to clean the affected and nearby area with solution povidone iodine at least twice daily.
You may also need a course of an antibiotic to ward off the infection (need a valid prescription from your Doctor)
Take multivitamins to give skin a strength.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Use loose clothes.

If no sufficient results, you may please consult your Doctor and/or get a reference for a Dermatologist.

It shows that you have sort of an allergic dermatitis on the face and ear lobule and neck and the scratching might have given to the inflammation of the lymph node.

I would advise you to continue the treatment as mentioned above and in addition you need an antihistamine for the allergic dermatitis.

Also noted your additional history of terrible breath smell and stomach pain that comes and goes and when it is bad, you get sick.
The reasons for these can be an intestinal infection.
I would advise in such a case the following:
Tests of stool for 3 different days.
Tests of blood to rule out diabetes, thyroid function tests and others as required after clinical evaluation.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan if indicated.
A course of an antibiotic that will be effective for intestinal and skin infection for which you need a valid prescription of your local Doctor.
Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor and reference to the Specialist if asked by your Doctor.
