Could The Bump/hardening On The Upper Shaft Of Penis Be Just A Lymph Node Hardening ?
hello. I have a bump/hardening on the upper shaft of my penis (on the top side). during an erection the hardening is clearly visible and palpable and extends to the side too. there is no pain or any problem with urinating. I observed it 2 weeks ago. during intercourse it can get a little uncomfortable. i think it could be a lymph node hardening but I m not too sure. the penis is a little inflamed towards the right top side of the shaft.

May be ,
1 Sebaceous cyst ,diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician.
2 Furunculosis as you are complaining that there is pain and redness visible during intercourse . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a doctor.
3 Sexually related bumps , diagnosis can be confirmed by V D R L test and clinical history by a sex specialist.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important .
