Brief Answer:
Furunculosis, oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and according to me you have developed furunculosis which is bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
For pain take anti inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen.
