What Causes Lump Behind Right Testicle?

Question: I have a small lump on the back of my right testicle near where the tubes reach my testicle, it just popped up about 5 days ago and it seems to enlarge when I get in a hot shower or bath and it almost feels like a vein running up the bottom of the testicle when it really gets swollen, but once I get out it goes away. I went to the doctor and he said it was either a blockage or a cyst. I have no pain outside of maybe a very minuscule ache here and there. I just want a second opinion to make sure I'm on the right track to what I'm dealing with.

The description you have given fits well in either of two things:
1. Blockage in the flow of sperms, usually occurs at Epididymis with small cyst.
2. Varicocele.

This can be easily and correctly diagnosed by ultrasonography and color doppler examination, please get one done and get diagnosed.
