Question: I have a lot of pain with a lump above my left rib café, when i cough,when i turn left, it is very in comfortable

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
If possible upload image of lump.
The lump above your left rib cage seems to have communication with your left pleural space,as it pains on coughing or you get uncomfortable while lying on your left side. In absence of physical examination,best thing you can do is to go for an chest x-ray PA and left lateral view and let me know the findings. Meanwhile you can take paracetamol or NSAID(Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) e.g. piroxicam with antacid to relieve acute pain.
