Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The symptoms you are having are more suggestive of urinary tract infection.
Pain due to gas is unlikely to be in lower abdomen.
I will suggest you to drink plenty of fluids, at least 3-4 litres per day, to wash out the infection.
You can take any urinary alkaliser or cranberry extract to help you relieve the symptoms.
If there is cramping pain, then you can take mefenamic acid tablets thrice a day.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Likely due to infection

Hi dear,
All these symptoms you are having is most likely due to the urine infection.
Once it is treated and still the backpain persists, then you can consult a neurologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
