Brief Answer:
Consider ruling out bowel cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Seems like you have found yourself the diagnoses.
The location you are describing its typical from a pain from bowel movement. And if your stool its regular, then the gas in it may be the most possible cause of the pain.

One thing to rule out in your age its a colon cancer, so I would recommend to consider doing a stool test for occult blood and also a colonoscopy.

Just to be sure that it is not an enlargement of the spleen, I would say to do also an abdominal ultrasound which will have a look at all the abdominal organs.

If those are normal, then my main recommendation its to be careful with the diet by integrating a lot of fruits and vegetables which have fibers, other sources of fibers, avoid greasy food, take probiotics if needed- in case these measures above do not work.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
