To recapitulate: Female/60 - dull achy pain - after eating in the evening - left lower abdomen - with diarrhea and vomiting.
This may be due to gastroenteritis, starting after meal may be coincidental.
I would advise her the following:
Clinical evaluation, examination and getting started on a PPI and Domperidone, antispasmodic for symptomatic immediate relief.
Plenty of oral fluids if the vomiting stops.
Probiotics.
Antibiotics active against intestinal infection if there is clinical evidence or as proved by stool and blood test.
Appropriate treatment as early as possible gives the best results and avoids all the complications. Prescription based medicines needs to be prescribed on a paper by your treating Doctor, then alone the Pharmacist dispenses them.
