Brief Answer:
Please visit the emergency room as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

blood in the stool with stomach pain and dizziness can be caused by gastrointestinal hemorrhage (bleeding). This can be a medical emergency. Despite the fact that sometimes the explanation is simple and easy to manage, in other cases it may be dangerous to adopt a "wait and see" tactic.

You're going to need clinical examination, blood pressure and heart rate assessment and some blood tests like a complete blood count, etc.

Did you have a history of peptic ulcer, abdominal aortic aneurysm, atrial fibrillation, ischemic colitis, hemorrhoids or anything else?
Are you taking any drugs?

I having trouble with doctor because they say that it might not be nothing wrong with me. Do you think that the emergency room should have kept me because of the pain and blood in the stool. I am scared because I feel very dizzy because of the blood and pain. I also have bad pain in my head and I was diagnosed with a lesion in my pineal gland in my head and think I have seizures because I shake especially in my sleep. Should I be concerned and should the doctor get a Mri done. I have bipolar is the lesion in my head the cause of this.

Brief Answer:
blood in the stool needs a diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

blood in the stool needs an immediate exclusion of serious diagnoses. If your doctor has already done that, then there is no immediate concern.
Regarding the pineal lesion, it needs an MRI if it's not been ever done. There is no relation to the blood in the stool though.
The bipolar lesion probably has nothing to do with any of the above conditions.

Kind Regards!
