Brief Answer:
Kidney infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Back pain can be a symptom of kidney infection. Especially with other symptoms. The pain is usually in one side back (left or right), can radiate to the lower abdomen or groin.
So it is necessary to consult a doctor once again as maybe Ciprofloxacine is not helping. Please do not wait with it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

the pain is on the right hand side , after taking the ciprofloxacine results are that I am getting all the symptons back again . I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. The symptons range from tired to flushed and the chills are returning , with glassey eyes . slight burning and itching . appetite is gone! Persistant back pain!

Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
Please do not wait till tomorrow. Kidney infection can lead to sepsis and kidney failure. Your other symptoms clearly indicate an infection.
If you can not visit doctor today, please try to increase mineral water intake (up to 3 liters a day) and start cranberries supplements. Please urinate as often as possible (urine flushes bacteria out).

Regards.
