Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
This means, your major concern is back ache that is long standing too.
The commonest causes I can think of for pain in lower back at your age of 29 are"
Muscle spasm of long duration causes fibromyalgia making the problems persistent and easily instigated by wrong posture, lifting weight and so many daily chores.
Rarely prolapsed disc, inter-vertebral joint arthritis and so on.
You need a clinical evaluation and examination by an Orthopedic Surgeon and investigations as suggested by him on examination.
This will get you the proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be started to get you the cure.
As for the occasional pain in lower left side of abdomen can be any problem either with the urinary system or colitis as the commonest causes and hence it is better to get the blood, urine, stool tests done; as also ultrasonography and further tests as may be advised by your Doctor on preliminary examination and investigations.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Looks to be muscular or referred pains

Detailed Answer:
The pain around lower left abdomen and hip traveling all the way to left lower back and side, on bending indicates that this may be muscular or referred from the disease from the spinal level.
I think, MRI of the spine should help solve the diagnostic difficulty.
Please get these done as advised to get a proper diagnosis asap so that a proper management can be done.
