Brief Answer:
To help you I need more information, no need of medicine likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

Thanks for writing to us.

I understood form your question that you have less semen in quantity and in density without any erection problem.

Semen/ejaculation is not likely in form of clear liquid. In normal circumstances this clear liquid is mostly pre-ejaculation discharge/secretion from couper's gland of penis. It helps in lubrication.

If someone does sex/masturbation frequent in a day ,chances of decrease in density of semen and it becomes clear. This is normal.

If it is confirmed that ejaculation is clear fluid, something wrong in seminal vesicles of prostate which is responsible for production of thick part of semen.
It may be age related atrophy of prostate and in that case no medication would be useful. After aging production of testosterone also decreases and semen becomes less in quantity and less in density.Considering your age this is likely possibility in your case.If your sex life is normal, just be relax. It is not any physical problem likely.

Do you have any difficulty in urinating? If yes, describe in detail.

Revert back to me with more information that since when you have problem of thin ejaculation? Are you sure that it is ejaculation and nor pre ejaculation discharge ?

Do you have any physical problem? If yes, any medicines are going on for the same?

You should undergo semen analysis and testosterone level to search for cause of this problem.

I will be happy to help further.
