I was very aggressive and emotinally unstable from my childhood days.. but at the same time very talkative positive thinker and happy go lucky types.. grew up as a person who is proud of self.. and to whom self respect matters the most..
my aggression is so severe that when i am aggressive i harm myself .. breaking glass things on my head hitting self.. also what makes me angry is because i go beyond my capacities and do whatever i can for the ppl i love.. but when i see them not caring enough for me hurts me .. and makes me angry.. then a yr and a half ago there were some instances in collg that harmed my reputation some rumours .. that shattered me completely i got 11 stitches on my wrist because i cut it with a broken glass.. everybody was talking ill about me .. my batch tried to boycott me..i lost all my friends they ditched me and all of this becuase i broke up with my long term bf cand got inclined towards other another guy frim the class .. i have noticed that after this incident i have changed completely .. i can cry without any reason now.. i speak less i have lost my confidence and i have issues trusting ppl .. i have become a negative thinker.

Brief Answer:
There is need for further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagc and considering it your health partner.

I am Dr Ashok Kumar, a consultant psychiatrist at Medical college.

Although it is not possible for me to make a diagnosis with available piece of information but there is some indication of following disorders.

1.The presence of low confidence, suspiciousness toward people, negative thinking pattern, emotional fluctuations, and self harming behavior since last one and half year indicates reactive depression. This can be attributed to situational factors but the dysfunctional pattern indicates possibility of clinical depression.

2. There is some evidence in favour of cluster B personality traits. I think this is trait rather than disorder as you managed to climb sufficiently to a level which can be accomplished by a sane person only.

However I must acknowledge that above indication are not sufficient to make a diagnosis and there is need for further evaluation preferably mental status examination which is possible only during face to face interaction.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to contact me if you have more questions.
Wish best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Generally combined approach helps

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

I understand that some of the behavior are presence since childhood and that indicates about cluster B personality traits as mentioned above.

In the current situation I think a combination of SSRI and behavioral techniques such as CBT must help you.

I am not sure where you are located but if you are located in western XXXXXXX (India) you can approach me at DR S N medical College, XXXXXXX

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
