Brief Answer:
Mostly it is due to Retrograde Ejaculation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of not ejaculating though you achieve climax of sexual satisfaction during intercourse.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you taking drugs like Tomsulosin (alpha Blockers )commonly prescribed for enlarged prostate ?

Most likely it is retrograde ejaculation where semen enters into bladder instead of entering forward in to urethra ,This can be confirmed by doing microscopic examination of urine passed immediately after intercourse.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hello
Thanks for feedback.
A shall be happy if you can post me few more details to make precise comments .
1) Do you get good hard erection ?
2) Since how long you are facing this problem?
3) Is there any stress factor that has cropped very recently?
4) Are you diabetic?

Not to get ejaculation does happen occasionally at this age and in most of the cases it is due to anxiety..

Please consult qualified Urologist and get following basic blood tests done
1) Blood Sugar Levels
2) Serum Testosterone levels

You can take Sildenafil as on demand This will help you to prolong the intercourse and will help to get ejaculation.

Thanks and Regards.
