Brief Answer:
Don't worry, not a heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are not typical for heart attack. Your complaints are typical for gastrointestinal symptoms and may be caused by GERD. There may be some neuromuscular pain, which worsens your complaints. Anyway, nothing serious.
I would advise you to take Pantoprazole 20 mg twice a day for couple of days. If the pain in your stomach area and in chest relieved but your back pain not, then take Ibuprofen.

Take care
