What Causes Lesions On Penis Post Unprotected Sex?

Question: After unprotected sex long session of sex 2 days after I notice whiteheads on my base of my penis, is that a std or is inflamed? Maybe 10 little little bumbs with whiteheads. Doesn't hurt to go to the bathroom or anything. Thx doc
