Brief Answer:
not related to Arimidex

Detailed Answer:
Your present condition is not related to Arimidex. Arimidex is drug under the class of aromatase inhibitors. Since this class of drugs can weaken the bones you need to take calcium along with arimidex.
Coming to your problem, if your condition is not getting better you need to get doppler studies done. Any clot in leg vessels can cause pain and swelling. Other conditions can be ruled out on clinical examination like cellulitis or ruptured bakers cyst.
Please see a general physician and get properly investigated.
