Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

They seem to be benign muscle contractions. The most common causes for such twitching include:
-strenuous activity when the muscles are overused
-Anxiety and stress
-Tiredness and lack of sleep
-Caffeine intake and alcohol
-Dehydration
-Vitamin and minerals deficiency (like potassium ,Calcium and Magnesium deficiency)

I would suggest to relax .Avoid hard exercising for some time.Try to sleep well and reduce caffeine and alcohol intake.
Try to eat well and drink plenty of fluids. Try to include foods high in potassium in your diet such as bananas, potatoes, prune juice and dried fruit . Also include calcium fortified foods like seafood and fish, almonds, flaxseed, oats, parsley, prunes, sesame seeds, tofu and XXXXXXX
You may try warm compresses on the affected area and massage the muscles.

Usually these type of muscle twitching may last few days up to several weeks and then go away on their own.
If the twitching are persistent and don't go away in few weeks or if spread in other parts of body ,you should consult a physician and get examined.
He may order some tests including electrolyte level, complete blood count ,thyroid function etc.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

not related to heart condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

I can understand your concern but your symptoms are not related to heart disease.

If you won't to exclude heart condition and put your mind at rest you need to run:
-ECG
-Stress test
-Chest X-ray and Heart ultrasound can exclude cardiomyopathy.

You can run these tests just to ease your concern because your symptoms don't indicate and heart condition.

Let me know if you need further help.

Last question i was just driving when i fetl like a pop in the forehead what could cause this?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rovena (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
difficult to say the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I apologize for the delay in answering your query.

It is difficult to say the exact cause of a popping feeling in forehead ,especially if it is not accompanied by other symptoms like pain, dizziness etc.

It might have been caused from Eustachian tube ,or a air bubble formed in frontal sinus due to sinusitis.
If it lasted only a moment, didn't cause any pain or other symptoms ,it is not of concern.

Hope it helps.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena
