What Causes Lack Of Semen Discharge During Ejaculation?
Question: I have normal erection and ejaculation but there is no semen discharge.

(3)nerve damage- spinal cord injury, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to uncontrolled diabetes), trauma to the nerves
If it is related to a medication, this can be changed.
In many persons, no treatment is given. Retrograde ejaculation would cause a problem for persons trying to conceive but otherwise there are no serious complications.
