Question: Dear Sir,

I am suffering from mental and physical health problems, such as weak uncontrolled mind, lack of concentration and stress, it keeps diverting from things while working, listening, loneliness, avoiding people and change in life, home sickness, being conserved in my own zone, laziness, not willing to except change in life, less willingness to learn things. Health issues such as weak physique, sex problems, i eat and sleep a lot more than required, fear of things, getting very cautious about anything i do and etc.
These things have developed slowly over a period of last 5-6 years, i tried a lot but not able to change myself.

Please suggest, a possible solution.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

The symptoms you are describing are consistent with major depression. The treatment consists of an SSRI antidepressant medication such as escitalopram or sertraline, with or without weekly psychotherapy with a therapist. I suggest consulting a psychiatrist in your area to consider starting a medication to help lift your depression, which I would expect to improve considerably.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

As with most psychotropic medications, Vraylar has a small risk of weight gain, usually not more than 5 pounds on average. Everyone reacts differently. It works well for bipolar mixed episodes. Do not change any drugs without your doctor explicitly telling you to. Hopefully if the Vraylar works you can slowly come off the Adderall and clonazepam -- the Adderall in particular is likely making your symptoms much worse.
