Brief Answer:
There is possibility of soft tissue injury in knee

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your age and history there is possibility of soft tissue injury in knee.
Most commonly meniscus injury occurs.
As you are overweight, there comes more pressure on your knee. This leads to early weakening of knee ligament.
I will advise to hold jogging for some days, do only walking.
As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion.
If pain persists then you may need to do MRI again to see for any functional defect.

Small meniscus tear can be managed conservatively with physiotherapy with USG and TENS.

How much is your height?
For weight reduction I will advise
You can take high protein, and vitamin diet, take heavy salads and fruit juices.
Avoid fatty, oily, junk food, milk products containing high fat, non veg, and beer.
Drink 4 to 5 little water daily.
Do exercises for weight reduction, yoga, pranayama.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
