Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. I have seen her reports. She is having

: Subclinical hypothyroid - Her TSH is raised (10)
: Hypovitaminosis D3 - Her vitamin D3 is 15 only (half of normal value)
: Anaemia - Her haemoglobin is 10g/dl
: Raised CRP and ESR. Raised value of these could be due to any insult in body like minor injury/reaction/infection/hypothyroid and vitamin D3. So don't worry about these reports. They can come negative till full correction of hypothyroid and vitamin D3.
: High serum uric acid

Her pain in all joints, tingling in finger tips are due to hypothyroidism and low Vitamin D3. You should consult an Endocrinologist and general physician for evaluation. The doctor will investigate her

; X ray of knee and hip joints to find out arthritis.
; X ray of feet and toes to rule out Gout ( Raised serum uric acid can cause it).
; Bone densiometery for osteoporosis
; MRI of cervical spine for cervical spondylosis

She needs holistic approach to her disease. She needs

: Tablet Eltroxin for hypothyroidism till TSH becomes normal. It is usually started as 25 microgram tablet once daily in empty stomach and increased in dose depending upon TSH report.
: Tablet Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for 3 months for treatment of low vitamin D3
: Iron-Folic acid tablet for treatment of anaemia.
: Counselling for her symptoms. Usually such multi deficiency patients are in depression. Most symptoms are aggravated due to it. So it needs to be addressed along with treatment of above conditions.
: Active and passive physiotherapy

Treatment will be modified after reports of MRI and X rays. You can ask another question after getting investigations done.

Hope it will help her. Still in doubt, you can ask another question.

Thanks. Take care.
