What Causes Joint Pain In Knees?

Question: I have had sudden joint pain in most of my joints especially my knees for several days. I have not had any traumatic injury or been ill, I am 60 years old and have never had any problems with joint pain.

I understand your concern.Since you are already on HRT,estrogen should help in preventing any joint pains in your body.A dose modultaion of your HRT might help.

You can also have rheumatic arthritis which affects almost all joints of your body esp fingers and knees.You should see orthopedics doctor and get a physical examination for the same.For severe pain you can always take tyelenol.
